Percentile is included in the eve central api call. Can't remember if it's a different version of the call than the one you use though. Ed: ah, misunderstood your post. My understanding is that percentile uses the top/bottom 5% of orders to defin...

It might not be a bad idea. For things like minerals we're talking about a razors edge, so small regional differences could matter. That said, I've also noticed that for certain high velocity commodities with razor thin margins, like minerals or s...

Curious about renting some space, but had a few questions. When MBC flips the system will they honor the rental agreement we set up with you? It would be nice if you guys could iron this out ahead of time with them.

Right on, I think I have those three working fine now. Quick question on one other thing. The table banav_tItemValue is where the eve central data is stored right (value source 1)? I have 6 value types, what are they? Also, which region is used fo...

I went and tried to install VS so I could take a look at some of your source code and that crapped out too. Based on that I'm pretty sure the problem is on my end somewhere. I'll keep working on it.

Yes I did. Strange thing is that the explorer window I launch it from also becomes non-responsive and can't be killed.

Well it doesn't look like it even created a folder. Like I launch the .exe and I get an hourglass for a split second and that's it. Nothing else. I get an instance in my process directory that can't be killed, nothing else.

10. MS Access for crest data? - in EVE Technology Lab [original thread]
Last time I tried to work with MS Access and eve it was a huge pain. The problem is that many of the things you'll pull from use different xml scheme than what access is used to. The eve api for instance uses attribute centric xml, and access only...

Cool beans about the ISK text. The problem with asset valuations is a bit more tricky though. I like using my home station of Amarr, and even in a high volume market I can find some wonky stuff in there (especially drone alloys). The workaround I ...

Been a while since I've messed with this but I'm having the same problem I've had in the past with wild asset valuations. The main problem this time seems to be in some of the more obscure items I have, like some drone alloys in some far flung sta...

Whelp, what would a good tool be without some good problems. So I downloaded it and tried to give it a run on an install. Strangely the installer hangs immediately. Shows up in my task manager (2 times, like 116k each) and can't be killed with an...

no problem, I've put out some more general feelers about the JRE issue, I don't think the issue is with your software, but with the Java install. Thanks for the reply.
